Section 01

Available withdrawal methods

Withdrawals are made back to the payment instruments you have already used and verified.

The withdrawal screen in your account lists the methods currently available to you. In general these include return to a payment card, return to an electronic payment or wallet account in your name, and transfer to a bank account held in your name. The choice depends on the methods you used to fund the account, on your country of residence and on what our payment providers support at the time of the request.

Payouts are only made to instruments and accounts belonging to the account holder. We do not process withdrawals to a third party, to a joint account of which you are not a named holder, or to an instrument that has not been linked and verified on your profile.

Section 02

Processing times

A withdrawal moves through two stages. First we review and approve the request internally; this normally takes from a few hours up to a small number of business days, depending on the checks required and on when the request is received. Second, the payment provider or receiving bank credits the money; that stage is outside our control and typically takes from a few hours to several business days according to the method used.

Requests submitted at weekends, on public holidays or outside banking hours are queued and reviewed on the next business day. The indicative time frame for each method is shown next to it on the withdrawal screen at the moment you submit the request.

Section 03

Fees

Any fee that applies to a withdrawal is disclosed before you confirm the request and is shown in the fee schedule published in your account. Where a fee applies it is normally either a fixed amount per transfer or a small percentage of the amount withdrawn.

Separately from our own charges, the receiving bank, card issuer or wallet provider may apply its own handling, correspondent or currency-conversion charges, and any intermediary in the payment chain may deduct a fee. Those charges are set by the institutions concerned, are not received by us, and are borne by you. If a transfer is returned unpaid because of incorrect details, the costs of the failed and re-issued transfer may also be passed on.

Section 04

Minimum and maximum limits

Each method carries a minimum amount per request and a maximum amount per request, per day and per month. These limits are set by us and by the payment providers, may differ between methods and currencies, and can be adjusted in response to risk, verification level or provider requirements. The limits that apply to you are always displayed on the withdrawal screen and in the fee schedule published in your account.

If the balance available for withdrawal is below the minimum for your chosen method, choose another method or contact support, who will explain the options. Large requests above the standard maximum may be split into several transfers or may require additional confirmation before release.

Only the available balance can be withdrawn. Amounts committed to open positions, pending settlement or reserved against an unconfirmed deposit are not available until they are released.

Section 05

Mandatory identity verification before the first withdrawal

Verification is completed once and then applies to your later requests.

Before your first withdrawal is released, your identity must be verified. This is a standard requirement for regulated retail-investing services and exists to protect your money against fraud and unauthorised access.

  1. Proof of identity — a valid government-issued identity document showing your name, date of birth, document number and expiry date.
  2. Proof of address — a recent document in your name showing your residential address, dated within the period stated in your account.
  3. Proof of payment instrument — evidence that the card, wallet or bank account used belongs to you.
  4. Any further information reasonably required to satisfy our legal obligations, such as confirmation of the source of funds.

Documents must be complete, legible, unedited and within their validity period. Verification is normally reviewed within a short number of business days; if a document is unclear or incomplete we will ask you to resubmit it, which restarts the review. Withdrawal requests submitted while verification is outstanding are held until the review is complete.

Section 06

Reasons a request can be delayed or refused

We aim to release every legitimate request as quickly as possible. A request may nevertheless be paused, returned for correction or declined where:

  • identity or address verification is incomplete, expired or under review;
  • the payment details supplied are incorrect, incomplete or belong to someone else;
  • the requested amount exceeds the available balance or the applicable limits;
  • a recent deposit has not yet fully cleared or is subject to a chargeback or dispute;
  • the request would breach the rule that funds return to the method they came from;
  • we are required to make further checks under anti-money-laundering, sanctions or fraud-prevention obligations;
  • the account shows signs of unauthorised access, or is suspended, restricted or under investigation;
  • there is an unresolved obligation, negative balance or dispute on the account;
  • a payment provider or receiving institution rejects or returns the transfer.

Where a request is delayed or refused we will tell you the reason, unless we are legally prevented from doing so, and explain what is needed to resolve it. Funds that cannot be paid out remain in your account balance.

Section 07

Your responsibility for correct payment details

You are responsible for the accuracy of every detail you enter — account numbers, routing information, wallet identifiers, beneficiary name and currency. Payments are executed on the basis of the identifiers you supply. If those identifiers are wrong, the transfer may be delayed, returned or credited to an unintended recipient, and recovery may be impossible or may involve costs charged by the institutions concerned.

Please check every field before confirming, and keep your profile details up to date. If you realise a mistake has been made, contact support immediately: if the transfer has not yet left our provider we will try to stop it, but we cannot guarantee recovery once a payment has been executed.

Section 08

How to cancel or amend a request

While a request is still shown as pending, you can usually cancel it from the withdrawal history in your account; the amount is then returned to your available balance. To change the amount or the destination, cancel the pending request and submit a new one with the correct information.

Once a request has been approved and sent to the payment provider it can no longer be cancelled or amended by us. If you need help with a request that has already been sent, contact support with the reference number shown in your withdrawal history and we will liaise with the provider where possible.

Section 09

Support and complaints

If a payout is taking longer than the indicative time frame, first check the status and reference in your withdrawal history and confirm with your bank or wallet provider that nothing is pending on their side. If the question remains, contact our support team through the contact page with your reference number and the date of the request; we will investigate and keep you updated.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may ask for the matter to be escalated as a formal complaint. We will acknowledge it, review it and give you a written response within a reasonable period. Copies of the documents and schedules referred to in this policy are available from support on request.

Section 10

Updates to this policy

We may update this policy when our payment arrangements, providers, security procedures or legal obligations change. The current version is always the one published on this page. Where a change materially affects your rights we will give notice through the site or by email before it takes effect, and continued use of the service after that date means the revised policy applies.

This policy should be read together with our Terms of Use, the Deposits & Withdrawals reference and the Risk Disclosure.

Before you request a payout

Three checks that prevent most delays

  • Your verification is complete and your documents are still valid.
  • The destination belongs to you and matches the method you funded with.
  • The amount sits within the minimum and maximum shown in your account.
